Happy for You – Colour INKspiration 11

Hello it’s Fi from the Magenta Tiger,

If I asked you to make a card using the following colours what would you do?

Happy for You! – Colour INKspiration 11

It has taken me the full two weeks of the Colour INKspiration Challenge to come up with my card. So much thinking, my head hurts!

Here is my card:

The ‘In the City’ Hostess Stamp Set has been very cleverly designed.  Each building/object has an outline stamp and a matching filling stamp. You can stamp colour into each object instead colouring. I have watercolored the sky in Marina Mist and the road in Sahara Sand to add a little more depth to the picture.

Happy Birthday Friend – CTC113

Hello from Fiona at the Magenta Tiger,
The Annual Catalogue is filled with so many samples to ‘CASE’. I love the circles and hearts in the card on page 97. I’ve created a Birthday Card for a friend at work using the Stitched Squares instead. I’m obsessed with the New In-Colours.

I’ve embossed the Lemon Lime Twist Card Base with the 3D Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder: doesn’t it just pop! I’ve cut out the Heart from the Sunshine Wishes Framelits in Silver Foil and the ‘friend’ from the Lovely Words Framelits.

Hello from Fiona at the Magenta Tiger,

I created three gorgeous little note cards using one sheet of Shimmery White card stock. The colours I chose for these cards are three of the new In Colors.

Hello from the Magenta Tiger,

I’m playing along with the 129th CASEing the Catty Sunday Challenge – My Favourite Project from the Annual Catalogue 2016-2017. I flicked through the Catalogue last night looking for a project that really stood out! I was inspired by the 4 cards on page 121 of the Annual Catalogue.

I’ve created 4 Birthday Cards using the Playful Backgrounds Stamp Set and three of the new Stampin’ Up! In Colours: Berry Burst, Tranquil Tide and Lemon Lime Twist. They are lovely colours on their own but great as a combination.

Hello from The Magenta Tiger,

I’m playing along with the current Colour Inspiration Challenge #07. The Colour Palette is soft and sweet: Mint Macaron, Daffodil Delight, Tip Top Taupe and Pink Pirouette.

I’ve added a hint of Copper to the colour combination. I’ve stamped the Rose Wonder Flower in Versamark and then added Copper Emboss Powder. Oh, I love the Copper! I’ve watercolored the image using Mint Macaron and Tip Top Taupe for the leaves and Daffodil Delight and Pink Pirouette for the Rose.
